Vivimos tiempos muy difíciles en todos los órdenes de la vida; y con el paso del tiempo la situación, lejos de mejorar, empeora. Es evidente que nuestra sociedad va de mal en peor: la corrupción, la maldad, la inmoralidad, la impunidad, la inseguridad, la anarquía, el desorden y el caos crecen y se imponen, y además, la intolerancia a Dios y su pueblo fiel. Y pareciera que no hay nada que hacer frente a todo esto.

We've lived through very hard times in all walks of life. And with the passage of time the situation, far from getting better, gets worse. It's evident that our society goes from bad to worse: corruption, evil, immorality, impunity, insecurity, anarchy, disorder and chaos grow and prevail, as well as intolerance of God and His faithful people. And it would seem there's nothing to do in the face of all that.
